3. User Accounts

To use DataStory, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Data Access and Authorization

When you connect third-party services to DataStory, you authorize us to:

• Access and retrieve data from connected platforms using OAuth 2.0 authentication
• Process and analyze your data using AI technologies
• Store necessary data to provide the Service
• Generate insights and reports based on your data

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect these data sources and authorize our access.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.

• No refunds will be provided for partial periods
• Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion

• You should independently verify important business decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI insights
• AI interpretations may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DataStory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service.

11. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
